- Below minimum: a $15 fee will apply to U.S. re-orders below $100

- Checks accepted with approved credit: a $30 NSF fee will be applied for returned checks

- Shipped how? - FedEx is our preferred carrier in the contiguous USA. - A common carrier or UPS may be requested by providing your account number.
