Q. When and how will I receive my order? 
A: elope usually ships an order within 3-4 days. All orders ship from Colorado Springs, CO USA. Most orders ship USPS, and we can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Q. What's the cutoff for expedited orders? 
A: We need to receive overnight orders by 2:00 pm MT (1:00 pm PT) to be able to process an order that day.

Q. How do I return my product?
A: If you're not happy, we're not fulfilling our mission. To return an item, please contact our Community Support team via email or call us at 800.553.5673 within 30 days of placing your order.

Q. Where can you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, PO Boxes, APO/AFO addresses and Canada.

Q. I don't want to pay shipping or wait 3-4 days for my order to leave your warehouse. Where can I find elope near me?
A: You can use our Store Locator to find an elope retail partner nearby!

Q. I have a brilliant idea for a new... (hat, product, hilarious video), so how do I share it with you?
A: Send us your idea and we'll give you a holler back about whether it's something we can make happen.

Q. When is out of stock product coming back in?
A: We receive regular shipments of product based on the demand of each style. Time may vary with each style due to demand and manufacturing time.

Q. Why are certain items discontinued?
A: We continually evaluate our product lines to ensure our designs keep you laughing and wanting more. At times, we discontinue a design that isn't making you laugh as much as the next one, making room for even more funnovative styles.

Q. How do I get started retailing elope products?
A: Fill out our Wholesale Customer Application and we will set up an account for you. You will then be able to see pricing information and place your order.
