• Dedicated to our retailers, it contains a retailer zip code locator for end consumers.
• New products are posted throughout the year. 

How to Place an Order
• Via online: www.elope.com for fastest processing arrow preferred method
• Via fax: 866-333-5673.
• Via email: customerservice@elope.com.
• Via telephone: 800-553-5673 or 719-328-1312.
• Please be ready with item numbers and quantities.
• Contact your regional sales representative.
• If you don’t know, check our web site or give us a call.
• Send us your email and we’ll send you shipment confirmations & product updates.

Ordering Terms
• Opening orders: must meet $200 to be processed (international $300 USD).
• Re-orders: $100 minimum (international $200 USD).
• US re-orders below $100 minimum may be accepted under special circumstances.
• A $15 under-minimum fee will be applied.

Payment Terms
• Orders may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, or COD. credit cards
• $30 charge for returned checks.

Shipping
• All accounts in the contiguous USA are shipped via UPS.
• F.O.B. Colorado Springs, Colorado.
• Shipping time frame: within 4 days (longer during peak season).
• Same day shipping:
• Order must be received by noon MST.
• A 15% rush fee will apply.

To Expedite Your Order
• Provide complete and accurate data — complete all fields on order form.
• Place holiday or special event/occasion orders at least 60 days in advance.
• Pre-booked orders get priority.
• Orders are not billed until they ship.

Special Circumstances & Return Policy
• Must report any product or shipping issues within 7 days of receiving order.
• Returns accepted only for damaged goods and shipping errors.
• Credit manager will provide a Return Authorization # (RA#).
• Product must be in poly bag, have original hang tag, and no price stickers.
• No credit will be issued on any unauthorized returns or shop-worn items.
• Receiving department will refuse any return that does not have a valid RA#.
